Quotes and estimates
Nothing on this site is a price. Any figure we discuss becomes real only in a written quote for your specific job, after we have seen it.
A written quote is valid for the period stated on it, and covers the work it describes.
Photographs
Photographs presented as our work are of jobs we completed. Where an image is an illustration rather than a project of ours, the page says so.
Accuracy
We keep this site up to date as best we can, but service details, availability and coverage can change. If something matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
The advice on these pages
The articles here are general guidance from our own trade experience. They are not an inspection of your house, and they do not replace having someone look at it.
